One of the most common gripes against Vodacom’s 3G offering is that users often run over their caps and end up spending much more than they budgeted for. Even for those of us on prepaid, those SMSes that tell us when we’re 4MB away from cap depletion help little.
I decided to build a service that allows you to check your remaining Vodacom data bundle usage in one easy step. Enter the cell number and password you used to register on Vodacom4Me, and:

GetBundle fetches the data usage you have remaining, as well as the expiry date provided by Vodacom4Me. Couldn’t be simpler :)
The site is at: http://getbundle.co.za/
I do have one request, though - it works for prepaid customers that purchase bundles from airtime on a buy-as-you-need basis. GetBundle isn’t tested against other scenarios, such as contract customers, or GoggaConnect accounts, etcetera. If you use it and come across an error, please let me know, so that I can improve it to work for at least most Vodacom customers.
MTN, Virgin and CellC - sorry :/. Maybe one day, when I actually find a need to use those networks…
Disclaimer: GetBundle does not store your login information in any way, shape or form. The data is posted straight to the process that downloads and processes your data bundle information. I take no responsibility for losses or damages incurred by use of this service. If someone hacks your account, it really isn’t my problem.
